Well as I write this we are planning to stuff ourselves. Yep, that’s Thanksgiving for ya. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoyed the holiday. Us here at the ranch had three Thanksgivings. So, I may not be able to eat for a month, or until tomorrow what ever comes first. I have been riding and enjoying this beautiful fall weather. I hope you have been able to do the same. I am looking forward to the Christmas party, I hope to see many of you there. We are planning a fun evening. It is always fun to see everyone dressed up and clean.

Remember the ones you love, both human and furry. Now go hug your horse, and of course your human loves too!!

And now for December’s horse recipe:

CHRISTMAS SALAD

  • 6 apples, quartered
  • 8 carrots, cut in 3 inch pieces
  • 2 cups quaker oats
  • 1 cup sweet feed molasses

combine all ingredients together and fold in enough molasses to make the oatmeal and grain stick to the fruit. Chill overnight and serve on Christmas morning.

xoxo Santa

Happy Holidays

Ride on
